How to Register as a Group
1. Download the Group Registration Form

2. Fill Out Group Details
Please complete the form with the participants' information (minimum of 5 people).
*Make sure that you are not using the same email for everyone. Please provide each person's email address.
3. Make the Payment
Deposit the total registration amount into the following bank account:
Account Name: NZ Pacific Union Conference of SDA Church
Account Number: 03-0175-0237739-00
Please include “DDC2025” in the payment reference.
4. Send Your Completed Form and Payment Proof
Once you have filled out the form and made the payment, send both to:
